John Wallace has lived in Corpus Christi all his life and has almost 20 years experience in the Corpus

Macy Ledbetter was a TPWD biologist for ten years in the big buck country of South Texas. He is now
a wildlife management and ranch consultant serving landowners in South, Central, and North Texas. Macy's experiences include
over thirteen years managing all sizes and configurations of properties, assistance with state permits and programs, wildlife
diseases, habitat management, game surveys, wildlife management plans, wildlife management tax conversions, and hunting lease
management. Macy himself is a land owner, hunter, real estate salesman, biologist, and family man who offers an unparalleled
and unique perspective on all things wildlife or ranch related. His lifelong passions and experiences have placed him among
the best in the industry and few others are as passionate and know the business as well as he does.

Mark Hubbard was born and raised in San Antonio. Spending his youth working at the family ranch operation
in Webb county, Mark attained extensive knowledge of South Texas and has been deeply involved in cattle ranching and wildlife
management ever since. He originally obtained his real estate salesman license at the age of 19. After earning a BBA in Finance
at the University of Texas at San Antonio, he obtained state certification as a real estate appraiser and registered property
tax consultant. Mark has appraised, marketed and consulted ranches of all sizes throughout the state of Texas. He is now devoting
his full attention to ranch sales. Mark brings a lifetime of ranching and wildlife management to the table and truly enjoys
the excitement of matching clients with their dream property and the marketing of ranch properties.

Charles Kaffie III has lived in Corpus Christi, Texas all his life and has been working in the
ranch real estate market for several years. He grew up working on his family's ranches in Jim Hogg and Jim Wells Counties.
Charles is a Certified Chef with a degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. From there,
he went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from A&M - Kingsville with a degree in General Business. His true
passion is being involved in all aspects of Texas ranches, expecially the mystique of its wildlife. Charles is
a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and is involved in a number of ranch and residential sales. Besides being
an annuity broker, he currently manages his family's ranches, supervising their cattle and hunting endeavors. Charles
brings a new generation of ranching and wildlife supervision to the industy's changing climate.
